Michael Aubin

On 12 May 2009 Michael Aubin pleaded guilty to two counts of procuring an act of gross indecency and two acts of indecent assault. These counts relate to two male children aged between eight and ten years and took place at Haut de la Garenne children’s home in Jersey between 1977 and 1978.

Mr Aubin will be sentenced at the Royal Court, St Helier, at 9am on 22 June 2009.

He entered not guilty pleas to three remaining counts relating to a third male child. These will be dealt with after sentencing in June.
