The indictments of Michael Aubin, and Gordon Claude Wateridge, will take place in the Royal Court at 10.00am on Friday 24th October 2008. These indictments are linked to the States of Jersey Police investigation into alleged offences at Haut de la Garenne children’s home.

Michael Aubin and Gordon Claude Wateridge are not co-accused.

There will be room in the Royal Court for local and national media. Mobile phones and BlackBerrys must be switched off in the Royal Court.
