Michael Aubin:
The trial of Michael Aubin, is scheduled to begin at 10.30 am on Tuesday 12 May 2009 at the Royal Court, St Helier. 

Mr Aubin has entered not guilty pleas to the charges against him.

The count of the Indictment includes:

Procuring an act of gross indecency (two counts)
Sodomy (one count)
Indecent Assault (four counts)
