On 12 May 2009, Michael Aubin entered guilty pleas to four counts at the Royal Court, St Helier in relation to sexual offences at Haut de la Garenne children’s home between 1977 and 1978.

Mr Aubin will be sentenced for these counts at the Royal Court at 9am on 22 June 2009.

He entered not guilty pleas to three remaining counts. These will be dealt with after sentencing.
