On 17 June in the Old Library Court at the Royal Court of Jersey, Morag Louise Jordan and Anthony Jordan attended a Directions Hearing. Both Mr and Mrs Jordan have denied 49 counts of assault against children at Haut de la Garenne children’s home.

A trial date has been scheduled for 15 November 2010. Mr and Mrs Jordan were remanded on conditional bail to their home address in Scotland until the trial.
