Curtis Francis Warren and others v. Her Majesty’s Attorney General for the Bailiwick of Jersey From the Court of Appeal of Jersey (L Hope, L Rodger, L Brown, L Kerr, L Dyson).

The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council handed down its judgment at 11.00 a.m. today dismissing the appeal of Curtis Warren and others (the appellants). The appellants had sought to overturn the decision of the Jersey Court of Appeal which had upheld the decision of the trial judge, Sir Richard Tucker Q.C., Commissioner, refusing to quash the indictment laid against the appellants as an abuse of process.
